well said. how about this... What is the proper etiquette when using a drive-thru bank ATM? I was behind a person the other day who deposited several separate checks in a very leisurely manner (10 minutes or more!). How about using the inside ATMs and leave the drive-thrus for quick transactions!?!? Thanks.

I must admit that I have backed up in a drive-thru before, only because we were towing our boat and it got stuck. Which may prompt you to add a new item to your list: Never tow unwieldy items through a drive-thru lane.

Haha! Well, let it be known that it can be very difficult to hear a passenger giving an order unless the passenger has good volume (usually enough to provide discomfort to driver). I recommend the driver go ahead and place order knowing that THOUSANDS before him have had even more complex and/or annoying orders that his passenger's. ;)

What is the SB rule for a driver reluctant to be a pass thru for questions concerning menu items, substitutions, and order changes from other occupants in the car?
